Shipping Policy

At Beelovy, we place a high priority on making sure your items arrive quickly. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

    Processing and Delivery Times

    • Processing Time: Your purchase will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. This takes 1-5 days including quality inspections, packing, verification, and tailoring.
    • Shipping Time: We anticipate shipping within 7-28 days. Depending on your location and specific circumstances, this period starts when the things are shipped from our warehouse.
    • Total estimated delivery time based on customer locations from 8-33 business days.
    • We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 45 days (6 weeks) under our Buyer Protection, otherwise you will receive a full refund.

    What countries do you deliver to?

    We currently mainly deliver to the U.S. but we do offer worldwide shipping.

    Approximate shipping times for Secured Shipping option (does not include weekends/public holidays):

    • USA Orders: Delivery typically takes 12-25 days after an item ships. Orders are mainly delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).
    • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 15-33 days after an item ships, sometimes faster.

    Order cancellations

    All order cancellations must be done within 6 hours of placing the order.

    We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

    Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee (15% of your total order value exclude shipping fee) will be applied for the cancellation regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

    Order Tracking

    We will send you an email with the online tracking details so you can follow your shipment once your order arrives and our database is updated with your online tracking number. Please send us an email at shop@beelovy.com if six business days have gone by and you have not gotten this email from us. We'll check it out for you right away.
