Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns and refunds. We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Products that can be returned:

1. Our mistake resulted in the damage of the product during the transportation, damaged goods, damaged due to transportation

2. Defective and non-defective products that have not been used by customers

Non-returnable products:

1. We can’t refund more than our 14-days warranty

2. Used products but not satisfied with the product (the product has been removed from the packaging and used for a short time)

 

Starting a Return

To initiate your return, please contact shop@beelovy.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address. Detailed information will be sent to you by email once the return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend tracking the item, as if the item does not arrive or is lost on the way back, the refund will be canceled (as it was never received).

 

Order cancellations

All order cancellations must be done within 6 hours of placing the order.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of US$3.85 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If accepted, you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
